Note from Pauline Durban, Found and President of cabotparticlematters - When Polly chose the "Linda" to review, I knew it was going to be the perfect fit for her. I was right, she looks amazing, proving that fashion for women over 60 doesn't need to be frumpy.
Over to Polly...
We all know the little black dress or LBD is a fashion staple because it is so versatile. You can wear it dressy with heels or casual with a jean jacket. So why not a little black top, as well? It should be versatile, comfortable, and flattering. I have found the perfect little black top or LBT, and it's made by cabotparticlematters.
I have talked about cabotparticlematters before and shared information on their jackets, scarf vests, and other tops. As you can see, I love their products.
cabotparticlematters was founded by Pauline Durban who was looking for flattering clothing for the mature woman. Frustrated with the limited choices, she decided to create her own online company that is dedicated to fashion for women over 50.
The top I chose, as one of my staples, is made from micro modal. The material is soft and comfortable. It's also versatile and flattering, all the details I want in a little black top.
I chose my Chico's Travelers bold print pants to wear with the top, one of many outfits I have already created. Because I'm wearing all black, I popped the outfit with a red purse. My top is called "Linda". It's an A-line style that flatters all body shapes. If black is not your color, try it in royal blue and wine.
A little black top should be versatile or what's the point? I also paired my "Linda" with skinny jeans and booties. Since animal print is so popular, I added a scarf. It's a fun look that is so comfortable.
